Dr Jason Miller General Practitioner
Dr Miller is an all rounder GP, with a special interest in Chronic Disease Management, who lives locally on the Sunshine Coast with his wife, 2 children and 2 dogs.
Prior to becoming a GP, Dr Miller was a qualified teacher, as well as physiotherapist.
Dr Yawer Muzaffar General Practitioner
Dr Yawer Muzaffar combines a strong academic background with a warm, friendly approach. He spent several years in the public system, and has worked over many years in hospitals on the Sunshine Coast and in the United Kingdom. He has a vast experience in psychiatry (mental health), and has attained a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Muzaffar enjoys all areas of general practice. His special interests are mental health including alcohol and other drugs, men’s health, women’s health, paediatric and chronic disease management. He also offers services to the travel health, commercial driver licence and pre-employment medical checks. In his free time, he enjoys cricket and travel.
Dr Helen Chorley General Practitioner
Dr Chorley completed her formal medical studies at the University of Queensland in 2008, with internship and hospital training completed at various hospitals across New South Wales and Queensland. She started her general practice career on the Sunshine Coast and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Chorley also supports rural communities with Locum work occasionally.
Outside of the practice, Dr Chorley is an avid sportsperson across a variety of sports including paddling (ocean ski/surfski), Surf Lifesaving, and cycling.
She is an animal lover and regularly fosters animals from Sunshine Coast Animal Refuge.

Dr Dilini Obeysekera General Practitioner

Dr Dilini Obeysekera is on extended leave and will be returning to Mountain Creek Medical Centre in January 2026.
Dr Dilini Obeysekera completed her medical training at St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2008. She completed her vocational training as a General Practitioner in 2013.
Dilini has a particular interest in Women’s Health but has experience in a variety of specialties.
Outside of work she enjoys travelling and spending time with her two young children.
Dr Christine Tufuga General Practitioner
MBBS FRACGP FARGP
Dr Christine Tufuga graduated from the University of Queensland in 1996. She joined the Rural GP Training Program, undertaking additional training in anaesthetics, and gained her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2003. She has worked extensively in rural and remote Australia and has considerable experience in antenatal care, indigenous health, chronic disease management, and child and women’s health. She has worked on the beautiful Sunny Coast on and off since 2005, and is happy to be consulting at Mountain Creek Medical Centre.
Dr Chris Lyttle General Practitioner & Skin Cancer Doctor
Dr Chris Lyttle trained at University of Qld and graduated in 2004. He was a medical officer for the Royal Australian Navy before departing in 2011, and has worked extensively in emergency medicine and paediatric medicine over the decades. He has Fellowship of RACGP since 2010, and further training in Skin Cancer Medicine (Professional Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine, Professional Diploma Skin Cancer Surgery, Professional Diploma Dermoscopy and Diploma in Dermatology) and Paediatric Medicine (Diploma in Child Health). Dr Lyttle spent time working and living in Canada for 3.5 years before returning to work In general practice with special interest in skin cancer medicine. Dr Lyttle has worked full time in skin cancer medicine and is very comfortable with simple to more complicated excisions including most flaps and grafts over all locations of the body. Dr Lyttle continues to support rural communities with brief locum work throughout the year, and also supports the local hospital in dermatology and paediatrics each week. Like most people on the coast, he enjoys the ocean with surfing, surf ski paddling, as well as hitting the mountains for mountain biking and hiking.
Dr Philip Marshall General Practitioner
Dr Philip Marshall graduated from the University of Queensland. After several years in the public hospital system he established his own busy practice in Caboolture in 1983 where he worked for the next 30 years. Dr Marshall has a wealth of experience in all aspects of general practice including children’s health, adult medicine, geriatric medicine, men’s health and skin disorders. Dr Marshall and his wife relocated to the Sunshine Coast a few years ago and now enjoy living in this community and the coastal lifestyle.
Dr Stephanie Shaw-Binns General Practitioner
Dr Stephanie Shaw-Binns is an experienced General Practitioner who graduated in the United Kingdom in 1989. Dr Stephanie has worked in general practice in Queensland since 1995, and has rural and city experience including sessions for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. She is a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
Dr Stephanie’s special interests include women’s health (Diploma from College of Obstetrics and Gynecology), children’s health, family health, and mental health (Diploma in Focused Psychological Strategies offering cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnosis counselling – graduated 2015).
